CTRL is a digital wellness application designed to help users manage their screen time and reduce digital addiction through behavioral psychology techniques and anti-dopamine design principles.

The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the effectiveness of the App in reducing screen time or changing user behavior.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
